We welcome and encourage you to utilize the Trial and/or Free Versions of PROTASM prior to purchase of the Full Version. Since we provide you the opportunity to try the software prior to purchase, we do not have a standing refund policy.

However, if you feel you have a valid reason for requesting a refund, we will be glad to consider your request. Such requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.

The decision made by the PROTASM Team regarding your refund is final.
